Multiple shipments
All items will be sent in one shipment as soon as all products are available (you will be contacted if product is not available within our standard shipping times). If you require multiple shipments, please contact White Magic on info@whitemagic.biz. 1300 306 380 so we can assist you. Multiple shipments will incur additional charges.
Stock availability
Please be aware that we are receiving online orders 24 hours a day, therefore the item you have selected may have sold out between updates of stock availability on the website. If the item you have selected has sold out we will attempt to contact you immediately on the email address and telephone numbers provided with your order to advise of approximate availability of stock.
Delivery of your goods within New Zealand
All parcels will require someone to sign for the good upon delivery. Where possible it is preferable to use a business address where someone is available to sign. This will ensure fast delivery of your goods and avoid delays. If you are unavailable for signing of goods you may be required to collect these from a Parcel Collect location and you will have 10 days to pick ip up. You will need to bring a copy of the notification email (printed or on your phone) along with photo identification in order to pick up the parcel.
Acceptable photo ID are:
- New Zealand passport
- New Zealand driver’s license
- Overseas passport
- Kiwi Access card (formerly HANZ 18+ card)
- New Zealand Certificate of identity (issued under Passports Act)
You may elect to provide delivery instructions and an “authority to leave”. Please only do this if there is a secure area to do so. White Magic are not responsible for your order once it has been delivered with your authority to leave or not signed for by someone at your premises. White Magic takes no responsibly for goods left at an unattended site.
