Return Policy

At our discretion, we may accept the return of Goods when you change your mind if you agree to the following:

• You must contact us within 14 days of purchase on info@whitemagic.biz or 1300 306 380
• All goods must be received in a new and unused condition (including packaging) within 30 days of purchase
• You will be responsible for any shipping charges on change of mind return or exchanges.
• The return Goods were not specifically produced or procured at your request
• Items must be purchase directly from White Magic online shop. Purchases from other retailer stores must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refund policy
• Returning items must be repackaged with all the parts and additional free items that is included when you received it
• Products due to misused are not eligible for return or refund
• You indemnify and release us from any damage that occurs to any Goods in return transit. You should ensure that any returned Goods are insured against such damage.

 Please note wholesale customers change of mind return will incur a handling and administration charge of 20% of the purchase price of the returned Goods

Faulty Goods

Whilst ever attempt is undertaken to ensure your goods arrive in perfect conditions, occasionally this does not happen. You must contact White Magic within 48 hours to advise us of damaged for faulty goods. Please contact our online store at info@whitemagic.biz or 1300 306 380 for return postage details and please send us photos of the damaged item. This is at no charge to you. A new item will be sent to you as soon as returned goods are received and assessed.

Please note that Sale items cannot be returned other than as required by Law.

How to Return

1. Contact us on info@whitemagic.biz or 1300 306 380 and please wait for our reply.
2. After your return has been accepted.
3. Repackaging all the parts that you wish to return.
4. Send the parcel to the following address:

*Make sure to use a trackable shipping for the return and once you have send out the goods please email us the tracking number so we can track the item. We will process the refund payment after we have receive the goods.
